We offer recovery up to a 20-mile radius from our workshop ‘G51 3HZ’ free of charge, if you use our services
If you the customer or insurance company remove or request the removal of you the customers/owners vehicle from our workshop after we have recovered said vehicle charges will apply, these charges will be as follows £150 for recovery plus £2 per mile per milage recovered, £34 per day storage charge, £93 administration charge, any parts purchased will be charged at manufacturers list price, any labour hours spent will be charged at £70 + VAT per hour, if any estimates have been carried out for insurance purposes (Audatex) then a further fee of £80 + VAT will apply.
Your vehicle will remain in our custody until all owed monies are paid in full.
Whilst we offer a free recovery service certain technical matters may be beyond our control; we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted or error free access to the recovery truck.
The free recovery is for vehicles only and not passengers, no passengers will be permitted to travel in the recovery vehicle or their own vehicle whilst recovery is taken place.
Whilst we take the upmost care of your vehicle there may be occasions after accidents that the vehicle could be damaged further when recovering, NO responsibility will be taken for any damaged caused by ourselves whilst we recovery any vehicles.
Charges will apply if no access can be made to recover said vehicle I:e the vehicle is blocked in, recovery truck cannot gain access to the vehicle due to restricted access.
Images may be required of the vehicle requiring recovery before we send out the recovery truck.
Weight limits of the recovered vehicle must not exceed our maximum permissible payload, each recovery will be assessed on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to refuse any free recovery.
If your vehicle is not within our permissible legal payload, then we may need to subcontract a 3rd party to recovery your vehicle and charges will apply, all 3rd party recoveries will require you the owner’s approval before recovery commences.
Any fees owed to a 3rd party recovery company will require payment in full before recovery is made., either payable to ourselves G&B Accident Repair Centre Ltd or direct to the 3rd
We will not charge any fee unless agreed with you the owner of said vehicle before we make collection arrangements.
By placing a booking with G&B Accident Repair Centre Ltd you are deemed to accept and agree our terms and conditions.
Our driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes, if the driver is required to wait any longer a waiting charge of £70 + VAT per hour will be added or required.
